DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Barton Flower Bar delivers to all areas of the ACT and Queanbeyan. For SAME DAY DELIVERY please ensure your order is in before 1pm. 
Please contact us for surrounding regions, or see our suggestions of our favourite interstate florists. Please note that we do not provide interflora services.

DELIVERY TIME

Barton Flower Bar delivers between 9.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on weekends. Please note, we do use an external courier service and as such we are not able to guarantee delivery at a specific time of day.

DELIVERY COST

Delivery is $15 for all ACT and Queanbeyan suburbs. Our courier does deliver to areas such as Jerrabomberra, Googong, Bungendore and Wallaroo so please call the store to obtain a delivery quote.

If you are ordering online to someone in our Barton precinct (within one block) please select PICK UP and we will walk it to them. Please note that "one block" refers to the area between Brisbane Avenue, Kings Avenue and National Circuit. We do not cross these roads on foot and as such they will be sent with a courier.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR DELIVERY

Business Addresses: If you would like us to deliver to a business address, please specify the name of the business and whether the flowers should be delivered to the reception/concierge, loading dock or if they can go straight to the recipient.

Residential Addresses: Please make sure that we are able to gain access to the property when delivering. If the address is located within a secure complex, please make sure that the recipient is home on the day of delivery or specify a safe location where the delivery can be left. It is essential to also include a contact phone number for the recipient, we will of course only use it if absolutely necessary, we don’t want to spoil the surprise delivery!

Hospital Addresses: Please provide the name of the hospital, the ward and the bed number of the recipient if possible. Please also ensure that the recipient is definitely still in hospital and is not being discharged that day, remembering that we cannot guarantee a timed delivery.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE RECIPIENT ISN’T HOME OR THE INCORRECT DELIVERY DETAILS WERE PROVIDED?

We will leave flowers at, or near the door if we deem it safe to do so. If necessary, we will contact the recipient to let them know where we've left their flowers. If there is nowhere safe to leave them we will return the flowers to the shop and contact the person who ordered them to re-arrange delivery (with the appropriate re-delivery cost) or collection.

It is important that you provide us with the full and correct contact and address details. If you provide us with incorrect details we will attempt your delivery as per your instructions and accept no responsibility for a failed delivery. If we are unable to deliver to the address provided we can re-deliver on the same day or another day of your choice. Re-delivery will incur a delivery fee of $15.00.
